These terms govern your use of the Deadstock Audio website, membership, previews and downloadable products.
Membership
Deadstock Audio offers a recurring membership currently priced at $10 USD per month. By joining, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Pricing or features may change prospectively, with notice where required.
Accounts
You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity performed through your Deadstock Audio account. Membership access is personal and may not be sold, shared, transferred, or used to operate a public download service.
Billing and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the end of the current paid period.
Downloads and license
Downloads are licensed, not sold. Your use is subject to the Deadstock Audio license. You may use licensed sounds in original finished works, but may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the source files available as samples, presets, kits, or competing libraries.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass membership controls, probe protected storage, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, infringe another person’s rights, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Availability
We work to keep the catalog and member downloads available, but maintenance, third-party outages, format compatibility, or security events may temporarily interrupt access. Catalog contents may be corrected, updated, or removed.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Deadstock Audio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
