Digital access begins immediately, so our refund policy focuses on duplicate charges, access failures and defective files.
Digital downloads
Because downloadable products cannot be returned after access is provided, completed digital downloads are generally final and non-refundable. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
When we will review a refund
Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same membership period, a file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement, an unauthorized charge appears, or a technical failure prevented access and we cannot restore it.
Membership renewals
Cancel through the billing portal before your next renewal to avoid a future charge. Cancellation normally remains effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Partial-month refunds are not ordinarily provided.
How to request help
Email deadstockaudioshop@gmail.com with your account email, the charge date, the product or membership issue, and any relevant error message. Do not email full card details.
