You can complete two masters free on your device. After that, an active Deadstock Audio membership is required for continued Master Lab access.

Does Deadstock upload my music?

No. Decoding, processing, previewing and export happen in your browser. Your track is not sent to Deadstock Audio.

What files can I use?

The Master Lab accepts common audio formats your browser can decode, including WAV, MP3, M4A, OGG and FLAC in supported browsers.

Is this a replacement for a mastering engineer?

It is a fast creative tool for demos, beat uploads and references. Important commercial releases can still benefit from a dedicated mastering engineer.
